I Love Bo Duke (sk2 post)

I really do. If I was a teenager in the 80s (thank heaven I wasn't), I would've swooned over Bo in his dimpled glory.

This weekend 'The Dukes of Hazzard' opened. Original Duke lovers are up in arms calling the movie stupid, cheesy, etc.

Well guys, hate to break it to you, but so was the original series.

Now don't get me wrong, I love the original show, but it wasn't about to break the barriers of intelligent/rational thought. It was purely for entertainment purposes, and the same goes for the movie.

The only remake I have issues with is that terrible cat dying sounding remake of the Nancy Sinatra song Jessica did. And the video...ew. Why the hell is Jessica washing the General Lee is a fuschia bikini? First, the bikini clashes horridly with the General Lee, second, shouldn't she be washing Dixie, her CJ?

Anyhow, go see the movie. Laugh at how stupid it is. Try not to feel guilty.
